The trainers of “minds in motion” have once again given a top performance in organising two exciting days for our apprentices. This year the very important topic “Economy – The apprentice as entrepreneur” was on the agenda. Workshops, team training sessions and discussions made the topics interesting and entertaining. Our young specialists were challenged on the very first afternoon. Gregor Kremsmüller paid them a visit.

The apprentices then had to present Kremsmüller’s core competencies to him from their own perspective. This opportunity was used by management to outline Kremsmüller’s strategy for the future to our youngest employees. In conclusion, Gregor Kremsmüller addressed the apprentices’ professional and private questions.

The two days were again used to their best advantage to strengthen the sense of community among our apprentices from Steinhaus, Schwechat and Krieglach. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of them for their commitment and motivation!
