Performance you can rely on
You can present a completed basic engineering. Our range of services starts with the processing or commissioning of the extended basic engineering, such as pump designs, pipe statics, insulation, volume flows, P&I checks.
The service portfolio extends from plant design through the entire erection phase to commissioning. Important: We undertake EPCM projects in the fields of energy and environmental technology, as well as for supply networks based on fossil and synthetic energy sources.

When assembly must be perfect
You can demonstrate a completed detail engineering. The focus of the project lies in the high welding requirements in pipeline construction in the erection phase.
We offer these projects in all other industries except pharmaceutical and automotive. We also handle projects in the hydropower sector.
At your side
We are happy to take over integral components of your operational maintenance (OPEX) for you. For this purpose, a permanent infrastructure adapted to the customer is set up on site by Kremsmüller.
In addition to manual maintenance services, the range of services also includes the following upstream and downstream activities, such as detailed engineering and preparation of documentation, including manufacturer’s declaration, declaration of conformity and or CE marking.
Our offer of a strategic partnership is mainly aimed at the energy & environment, pulp & paper, chemical, petrochemical and food industries.
Together with you, we define a service catalog for a specific part of our core services (e.g. pipe construction framework agreement). The commissioning of the predominantly manual activities takes place as a call-off from the catalog. A base is not mandatory, but can be set up if it makes sense.
In addition to manual maintenance services, the range of services includes upstream and downstream activities such as support for the customer from our project management in the planning (schedules, budget) and implementation of modifications to existing plants. The industry focus is on energy & environment, pulp & paper, chemicals, petrochemicals, food.
For customers with existing framework agreements on our core services, we also offer these additional trades: Technical experts for supplementary activities on a general contract basis, pump and valve service, bearing replacement, conveyor equipment, steel construction, the operation of mechanical workshops, logistics services, new equipment deliveries.
These activities have been part of our core services since the company was founded. We cover a wide range of specific work over the entire life cycle of an industrial plant.

Responsible task
Every 30-40 years, a general investment is necessary at Hopfenveredlung St. Johann GmbH in Bavaria. As part of an EPCM project, a new tank farm including piping was erected, using orbital welding. As the general contractor, Kremsmüller was responsible for the smooth cooperation of various trades. A plant installation was also carried out, during which new extractors and several pressure vessels with 500 bar were brought in.
The tasks required a broad portfolio of services. Plant manager Friedrich Loipeldinger praised the cooperation with Kremsmüller and emphasized that he had found the best possible partner in Kremsmüller.
Everything from one source
Kremsmüller built an intermediate solvent storage facility for the company Vorwagner Kreislaufwirtschaft GmbH in Pinsdorf. In addition to the detail engineering, the service also included part of the basic engineering, the complete mechanics, EMSR technology, programming, the extension of the fire alarm system and the lightning protection system. Two solvent tanks, pumps, piping and a two-chamber tank for surface drainage and fire water containment were part of the scope of supply. Much of it is subject to Ex zones.
