Kremsmüller continues sponsorship of SOS Children’s Village family in Altmünster
For the third year in a row, Kremsmüller is supporting the Eissee house in the SOS Children’s Village in Altmünster with a sponsorship. Numerous employees voluntarily waived their company Christmas gift sponsored by the management and works council. The total donation for the SOS Children’s Village family this year amounts to 8040 Euro.
Reliability and long-term commitment are core values at Kremsmüller. Owner and managing director Gregor Kremsmüller announced the continuation of the sponsorship for the coming years during the donation handover in Altmünster. “Extending the sponsorship is a conscious decision on our part. We see that our support directly benefits the children at Haus Eissee, giving them long-term stability and prospects for the future,” explains Mr. Kremsmüller.
The SOS Children’s Village in Altmünster is delighted about the continued sponsorship. The long-term support shows how effective joint commitment can be – for children who need a stable home, security, and confidence throughout the year. “Many thanks to Kremsmüller and all its employees for their willingness to take on responsibility,” says Gerhard Pohl, director of the children’s village.
Donations that make a real difference
The support provided by Kremsmüller enables many things that go beyond basic care. The donations go towards projects and activities that open up important areas of development for the children – such as creative workshops, community building projects, or gardening. Above all, however, they help to ease emotional burdens and create positive prospects for the future.
A home for five children
Five children currently live in Haus Eissee – two girls and three boys aged between five and fifteen. One child attends kindergarten, one has recently started school, and the older children go to middle school. They are looked after by SOS Children’s Village mother Agnes Pröll and three other caregivers. “Family is the anchor that holds you steady in the storms of time” – Ms. Pröll’s motto shapes everyday life at Haus Eissee. The children have different life stories, and many of them have had difficult experiences. This makes the stability, trust, and reliable relationships offered to them at SOS Children’s Village all the more important.
