high-precision machining
The cycle-controlled lathe can machine components that are up to 4,000 mm long.

Mechanically produced…

A portrait of the precision production of Kremsmueller.

Kremsmueller Krieglach invests continuously in workshops and machine parks for high-precision machining. Only thus can the best quality be ensured. Such as when turning 5 tonnes of heavy components of up to 4,000 mm length and 880 mm diameter, or grinding heavy components weighing up to 3.4 tonnes with 400 mm diameter and 3,500 mm length or when milling up to 2,600 by 1,000 mm size workpieces. The CAM plasma cutting equipment machines sheet sizes up to 3,000 by 8,000 by 100 mm. Surface treatments like chrome plating and galvanising are also offered in conjunction with a neighbouring partner company.

Prototypes and small batches – that’s what the Styrian base of Kremsmueller specialises in. Special requirements can thus be optimally addressed. Even when confronted with apparently impossible tasks, the experts have creative solutions ready. The paramount maxim here is to react quickly and flexibly – that is what our customers from all sectors have been counting on since nine years. Since its opening, the facility has been purposefully modernised and enlarged. Krieglach has already set the stage for the next ten years with the purchase of a neighbouring plot of land.  The size of the campus is now 26,000 m².
