There’s a new addition to the Kremsmueller Group

Since 1 October, tradition-rich Chemnitz-based company Max Straube is a part of the Group. A strong signal from the Kremsmueller Group of its presence in the German market

The German industrial pipeline manufacturer Max Straube is the perfect enhancement to the existing Kremsmueller portfolio. The Saxon team concentrates its competences in the area of pipeline construction and offers complete service from planning to assembly. Especially in the area of heat engineering and refrigeration energy systems, Max Straube has decades of know-how.

Cooperation with the core areas of the Kremsmueller Group like apparatus construction or I&C technology will give rise to optimum synergies in the construction of complete systems. At the same time, Max Straube will also become the project management spearhead in the German market. “Many companies in plant construction ignore the importance of local structures. Anyone who wishes to survive in the extremely fast-moving projects landscape in our sector must give importance to proximity to the customer”, says Gregor Kremsmueller on the acquisition of the company, which has a rich tradition of about 75 years. In order that the connectivity between the parent and subsidiary company is reinforced right from the beginning despite the physical distance, Kremsmueller tried out a novel idea. The 58 new co-workers were invited to Upper Austria to get a personal impression of the company headquarters and to get to know their contacts in person. Optimum networking and an understanding of the capabilities of the individual technical departments is the recipe for success for the perfect development of complete systems.
