Safety is given a great deal of importance
All SCCp certificates were extended up to 2018. The accident statistics of the recent years show a favourable progression.
The SCCp (Safety Certificate for Contractors in Petrochemicals) safety audit took place at the end of March. The certificate is intended for technical service providers in the petrochemicals industry, who must additionally fulfill the specific special requirements of this sector.
The labour safety and the health protection system of Kremsmueller KG, Kremsmueller Tankstellen Technik KTT and Saxs Tank were appraised for the extension of the certificates. After a thorough check and plenty of praise from the external testing institute, all the certificates were extended by three years.
A glance at the accident statistics of the last few years shows that the Kremsmueller Group is clearly on the right track. Since the beginning of the SCC certification in 1997, a reduction in accidents by more than 90% has been achieved. The performance in the first half of financial year 2015 has been quite stellar – the goal of “zero accidents” is approaching decisively closer.
