Training differently challenged individuals

A fresh start for “Miteinander”

For the social institution, Kremsmueller was responsible for a last-minute rescue.

The Wels-based initiative "Miteinander" ("Together") was literally facing a complete closure. And this was happening after its many decades of successful service for differently challenged individuals. Miteinander runs a very special training centre. Mostly, youth who are slightly differently challenged are trained there for simple office jobs and hence made fit for a working life. In this manner, a new future opens up for these persons, which would never have been possible in the course of a normal study programme.

For Miteinander, it was a bolt from the blue. The lessor gave notice of termination of the contract completely unexpectedly. Although new premises were quickly found, that did not solve all the problems. The adaptation of the premises needed time and money.

Kremsmueller supported Miteinander with words and deeds. The complete renovation work at the new premises was jointly organized and financed. For Miteinander, the crises became an opportunity, because now, even more youth can be supported even better than before.

"I have never encountered such quick help without any red-tapism in 20 years of social work. A brief telephone conversation with Mr. Kremsmueller was enough. They called again just a few hours later – Kremsmueller would take care of all investments at the new location", Miteinander director Karlheinz Reichert had these words of praise for the commitment of the plant construction company.
