1997
The Munich company shifts to new company premises with ultra-modern production workshop in Sigmarszell (Germany). The SCC certificate is awarded for the high standard of safety at work in the company group.

New bases
1998 - 2004
The new bases of Schwechat, Linz, Burghausen and Krieglach are opened. In 2004, "The Karl Kremsmueller Welding Academy" impresses the sector with the most modern training centre in Austria.

2005
"JobMeister Personaldienstleistungen" (Personnel services) is founded in Wels. "Kremsmueller Tankstellentechnik" is born.

Internationalisation
2006 - 2007
Certification as "Accredited Calibration Agency" for the service station sector. Companies founded in the technology domain: "Batchbin Dosiertechnologie" and "Kremsmüller Umwelttechnik". Years of internationalisation: "Kremsmueller România s.r.l." in Ploiesti and Pitesti (Romania) are founded. "Kremsmueller Middle East" starts in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).

Apparatus construction division
2008 - 2009
Biggest investment programme in the history of the company. At the focus: The tank and apparatus construction division at the head office, Steinhaus. Founding of companies "Tankserv" and "Acis Union" for comprehensive service concepts in tank construction and service station construction.

Technology & Expansion
2010 - 2013
Diversification in new, technologically challenging areas. Start of in-house development of products under the brand "KTT Innovation". In parallel, founding of "Kremsmueller Softwaretechnik". In Turkey, the production of the first aluminium domes and floating roofs under the brand "Atreus" starts. The tank and apparatus manufacturing in Steinhaus undergoes massive expansion. The social initiative "Kremsmüller 4 Life" gets several awards.

Max Straube
2015
Since 1 October, Max Straube Industrierohrleitungsbau GmbH Teil has become a part of the Kremsmueller Group. This established company, with its head office in Chemnitz, was founded in 1946 and operates in pipeline construction for the energy engineering sector, and as such, it is an optimum supplementary facility to the Leipzig branch. Its market presence in Germany is being expanded further. Max Straube also holds an important coordination function for turnkey projects.

2016
Apparatus construction is experiencing a technological thrust. Demanding chemical process engineering technology is being deployed. Increasing digitisation is clearly having an effect on I&C projects. In the course of this digitisation, divisions that do not represent core competences in plant construction are being swapped out, and new partnerships are being forged.

Consolidation
2017 - 2020
In a phase of consolidation, the company parted with a number of activities and business areas that no longer fitted the core of Kremsmüller. The "Process Technology" department was closed down as part of a reorganisation process. The focus is now back on the company's traditional core competencies.

Groundbreaking & Reorganization
2021
In June 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony will take place for the conversion of the "Karl Kremsmüller Welding Academy", which was built in 2004. A sustainable investment in the skilled workers of today and tomorrow. In the fall of 2021, the reorganization of Kremsmüller Industrieanlagenbau KG into Kremsmüller Anlagenbau GmbH, already founded in 2019, will be completed. This is the central step for a modern, corporate structure of our company.

2022
The Supervisory Board, a central element of every large GmbH, is formed. Karl Strauß moves into the central role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board after 22 years of managing the company.
