The I&C technology specialists of Kremsmueller have taken on the responsibility for the complete instrumentation of a waste incineration plant in the Swiss town of Perlen. The job includes the installation of more than 700 measurement points, the instrumentation piping and all connection work, as well as the cold-commissioning of the plant.

The complex measurement instrumentation for temperature, pressure or filled level does not allow any errors and requires the most precise working. The waste incineration system is an ultra-modern power plant that achieves exemplary energy efficiency by using the waste heat of a neighbouring paper factory. Today, waste is viewed as a fuel from which the maximum energy must be extracted.
