The Karl Kremsmueller Welding Academy is a sort of “insider tip” for apprentices, students and welders who want to perfect their skills. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t <\/title> <\/head> <body> <font face=\"Arial\"><span lang=\"DE\"> <div>The training given here is backed by the 50-years of bundled plant construction know-how of the Kremsmueller concept. The concept is individually tailored to the requirements of the prospective "welding graduates". Even professionals with many years of experience can always learn something new here.<br \/>  <br \/> About 50 percent of the seats at the Academy are occupied by employees of the Kremsmueller Group. The remaining 50 percent are available to vocation promotion institutes and partner or associate companies for training. Apart from advanced training, a great deal of value is placed on discovering young talent. They proved their skills at this year’s Youth Welding Masters’. In this competition for specialists, the state winner for Upper Austria was a member of the Kremsmueller team.<br \/>  <br \/> For years now, Kremsmueller has also trained the project leaders of tomorrow: The class "Welding Technology and Materials Testing" teaches students from the FH Wels polytechnic what it’s all about. After the theoretical part in the lecture room, there are laboratory exercises in the Karl Kremsmueller Welding Academy. A mini-project is simulated here step-by-step. Since the beginning of the collaboration with the Wels polytechnic, the prospective plant construction masters have been fascinated by the proximity to actual practice.<br \/>  <br \/> Companies like Pöttinger also swear by the training at the Karl Kremsmueller Welding Academy. And even young sculptors  recently acquired their skills here. Courses are offered in cooperation with the BFI, which are quite affordable because of substantial EU subsidies.
