As they do every year, the apprentice days took place once again at the Lachstatthof in Steyregg. The main focus this time was on communication. Accompanied by the trainers of minds.in.motion, apprentice instructors, HR manager Harald Michlmair and managing director Gregor Kremsmüller, our apprentices spent two fabulous days in the team.

Important topics such as first impressions, cohesion and “blind” trust as well as communication with colleagues and customers were shared and discussed. The apprentices were described by trainer Christian Palmetshofer as very disciplined, helpful and respectful. Our trainees gave presentations both as a team and independently, thus demonstrating their communication skills. Altogether there were two exciting days during which many topics of importance for everyday working life were addressed and company values were conveyed.
